Nature of Products
All products are custom-made and personalised based on customer specifications. Each item is uniquely crafted to your order and cannot be resold or restocked.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of products, no return, refund or exchange is allowed once the order is confirmed.
Exceptions — Eligible Cases Only
Replacement or refund will be considered only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- A completely incorrect product is delivered
Claim Conditions
To raise a valid claim, all of the following must be met:
Report within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions will be made after this window.
Unboxing video required — must be continuous, without cuts, showing the full unboxing process.
Supporting images — clear photos of the product and the issue must be shared.
Product must be unused — any signs of use will disqualify the claim.
Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.
Non-Eligible Cases
No claims shall be accepted for:
- Spelling or design errors approved by the customer
- Low-quality images provided by the customer
- Minor variations in colour, size, shape or finish
- Change of mind
- Delivery delays
Resolution
Imagify Prints reserves the sole right to decide whether to provide a replacement or refund upon review of the submitted claim.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started or design approval has been provided.
